A well-thought-out design, simple installation and precise control make facade blinds an increasingly popular solar control mechanism in buildings of all types.
With Venetian blinds, it is very easy to gain control over the amount of light entering the room. The slats of the blinds have a wide rotation range, which means they can always be positioned optimally at any given time. Their advantage over roller blinds is that part of the window does not have to be covered to limit the amount of light coming in. The sun's rays are easily diffused, making the interior bright without warming it.
The variety of venetian blinds manifests itself in many ways: from how they are installed on the window and the shape of the slats to the colours with which all the blind components are painted. Venetian blinds can even be adapted to very unusual building façades, such as clinker elevations. Their installation is also completely safe, so no matter the conditions, there is a solution.
Modern venetian blinds are created from sturdy materials, which receive additional reinforcement if necessary. They are typically made of aluminium, but it is also possible to use other raw materials. It all depends on the specific system. Often, there are multiple options within a single venetian blind system. What is more, the varnishes used to paint the structure with the slats provide them with additional resistance and a lasting colour for the exterior blinds for many years.
The modern venetian blinds offered by Eko-Okna can be equipped with various control systems. The simplest of these are manual mechanisms, but among solutions based on drives, there is the possibility of full integration with smart home automation software. This means that outdoor blinds can be managed using a remote control or a mobile app. It is even possible to set suitable operating scenarios and let the artificial intelligence adjust the setting of the blinds.
Venetian blinds are a stylish and exceptionally useful addition to any window. They work particularly well with expansive glazing but are also a superb choice for typical windows in flats and houses. Their primary purpose is to protect against excess sunlight. They also effectively decrease heat inflow into a building, reducing noise and providing an aesthetically pleasing façade enhancement.
